Purchased a BenQ PB6200 almost 2 years ago. I was supposed to rec'v a FREE replacement bulb. After several months the bulb came. My original bulb went out in Jan. 2006. The FREE REBATE Bulb I rec'd is the wrong one. I have been discussing the problem for almost 10 weeks with TigerDirect. Just today they tell me to contact BenQ, it is there problem.... What kind of service it that?????????? P'd off in Lousiana

I had a problem with an item I'd ordered from Tiger Direct.  I called them, and they told me to call the manufacturer and get authorization from them to return the product.

I called the manufacturer, they gave me an RMA, I called Tiger Direct back and from that point on they were incredibly helpful.  (They cross shipped a replacement, which was defective, so they cross shipped another replacement.  That was defective, so they refunded my money.  They also refunded all shipping costs with each item that shipped.)

As a result of the help I got from them with one small item, I've started buying systems from them.

Try the manufacturer, and see if between the two of them you can't get something accomplished.
