Why hasn't this guy called the SEC already?[ Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#2)

This guy (and everyone else in Hawaii) should have either filed complaints with the SEC on the subject or filed a class-action lawsuit against Apple or InvestorVote.com by now... If not being able to proxy vote one's shares is that much of an issue to this guy then he should have taken it to the next level by now...

While I sympathize with his plight, waiting 4+ years to complain to the InfoWorld Gripe Line (and Steve Jobs) doesn't count. Complain to the SEC, call your congressmen, even file a complaint with the USPS--but complaining here won't gather sympathy but won't get anything done.

Really now......why waste time sending in a proxy ?? Unless you have a Gazillion Shares, Steve Jobs will out-vote you anyway. You have about as much chance of changing Apple policy as voting in a Presidential Election has in changing US Government policy. Why not at least have some fun........and joust with a Windmill ???
