Not exactly a EULA, but another of those lists most folks don't actually read carefully. This was sent by a new hire at my company a few years back, following his New Employee Orientation session, with the subject line "Dilbert is closer than you think!". I have, as you can see, verbally pixellated the company name. *********************** "As the 'new guy' I was expected to go through orientation last week including a review of the "Code of Business Conduct." Imagine my concern when I read the following Dilbert-like quote on page 8 (Conflict of Interest): ***You may not engage in any activity which may influence decisions you make during the course of your work for <insert pointy-headed-company name here>.*** So much for the coin-flipping regime I was about to inaugurate as the basis for all my future decisions!"
