4000 forms, and this is the first time it was questioned. Those are the same 4000 that signed adjustable mortgages without reading the fine print. I had been going to a beauty college for haircuts. Recently they had a new form where I waived all rights to ANYTHING that could happen. I said I was happy to agree to a bad haircut in the sake of helping poor students, but if I was electrocuted in their chair due to faulty wiring, that was a little too much to waive. Sorry, the manager said. No signature, no haircut. So - no haircut. I went elsewhere. I called the owner to say why I wouldn't be coming back. She said I was the first to question the form (surprise!), but I wouldn't need to sign it for a haircut. Only for other procedures such as hair frying or whatever they do to women's hair these days. But I still haven't been back. I guess I'm not very forgiving. I still won't ever go back to TurboTax, either.
