TurboTax Troubles[ Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#11)

We used TurboTax last year to file our taxes. Lots of problems that we thought were first year troubles. My wife wanted to go back to hand filing taxes, but I said let's try it again. We're on a slow phone line and endured multiple 2 - 3 hour down load sessions trying to get updated forms. The program says the updated form will be available in November '07, but after 3 down loads it still isn't here. We ordered an Updated CD 02/02/08 for those of us on phone lines. It is supposed be take 2 weeks or less to arrive. It's still not here. Next year we go back to paper forms for our taxes. That's so much easier and faster, even with the 40 pages of forms we have to file as a small business person.
