I interviewed at one of Business Object's support centers a few years ago; the place looked like and appeared to be run by a teenager from California who had way more money than brains (apologies to everyone from California)... from a professional perspective, the atmosphere and management were pretty pathetic. I am sorry to hear that the situation has not improved, and it looks like it has spread- Crystal Reports used to have top-notch support. Perhaps getting acquired by SAP will straighten them out.
