It's $19.00 off your next purchase assuming that you would even have an interest in continuing to deal with a company that screwed you.  In my case, Sprint offered $X dollars off your next cellphone bill for its improper billing practices.  Since we had dropped Sprint, we didn't see a dime. The lawyers, amazingly get cash!!!!!
