Do Not Call list is applicable[ Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#4)

(Remember, the Do Not Call list does not apply to a company you have a relationship with, so I couldn't file a complaint on that score either.) As part of the Federal DNC list, there are exemptions to the exemptions. While a company has the legal right to call someone with whom they have an existing relationship, there are limits to it. Limit 1) There is a time restriction - I believe it is 3 months. After this, they must honor the DNC. Limit 2) All companies are required to maintain an internal do not call list that supersedes the existing relationship rule. If you request to be put on the internal list, they have a short period of time in which to stop calling. Ask to be put on the internal list, and then log the date and time any calls. Then you can file a complaint.
