Set up one of those toll phone numbers (they used to be 900 area code, now I understand there are other options) that charges, say $0.01 per call. Tell wirefly you're changing the contact number you want them to call to talk to you to the toll number. Have a canned message on it that advises them not to call you again about services they are not actually providing... Probably illegal, but at that small amount not hugely so...and odds are, their billing department has more power than customer service to cut off those annoying calls...
