You forgot making the changes made retroactive, at the sole discretion of the government. Can you imagine a EULA writer *not* doing so, if they thought they could get away with it?

I enjoyed the quips by REZI and Difdi. I think I just learned the real difference between a statement of rights (the real constitution) that protect all our rights and put some boundaries on our behavior and a statement of control (EULA's and the spoof constitution) that attempt to control behavior without granting rights. Well done, it got me thinking about how unconscionable contracts get ignored, although they can cause you great pain if they attempt to get enforced (the cost of defense alone can be bankrupting).

Speaking of mutants. The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is the campiest, most hilarious piece of CGI created. I loved it! It is so bad that it's really good.

Seriously though, I can't believe Patrick Stewart would be a part of this. How far has he fallen? Although, he did "star" in some Star Trek dreck, so, maybe he's not that good after all.
