Mail fraud[ Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#2)

In the U.S. I would report activity like this to my local Postmaster as mail fraud.  The U.S. Postal service takes a very dim view on mail fraud.  I have no idea what to do in Canada though.  Try asking your local equivalent of a Postmaster what the laws in Canada will allow you to do.  Be careful of letting this just slide without finding out what the law is...you don't want to get burned by these vultures and wind up owing them any money.
