Ask them if they can stop their practice of making pay per view channels unavailable during NFL games (except for one channel). People that pay for the priviledge of paying to view movies on these channels are unable to use them during games. I've heard that DirecTV does this so they can ust the bandwidth to broadcast more football games in HD, but was actually told by DirecTV customer service person that the NFL "buys the channels out" so people will watch the games. If this is the case, does the NFL pay for a receiver for each connection and have each receiver connected to a phone line as is required for all other DirecTV PPv customers?
