Same experience with an added twist after buying 2GB card at Future Shop in Canada and submitting claim to Canadian claim center: "web-rebates.com" on 11 October showed my rebate submission as "check approval processed", two days later no trace any more. After sending email to web-rebates, received polite but totally useless response, to resubmit with all documents to the Arizona address. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN SANDISK - rebate offers or not. It is not worth the time and effort.
