If you go to www.ecost.com, at the bottom of the main page under "Customer Support" is a link to "Return Policy". Can't get more explicit than that.

It's true that they have a very restrictive return policy, and items from several manufacturers are not returnable under any circumstances, but it's up to you to check this out before buying online.

You can probably recover a good portion of the cost of your SD card by selling it on eBay or some similar site.
