I would sort of look forward to getting a visitation threat from m$. It would be a great opportunity to show my boss how we could switch 85% of our company work from m$Office to OpenOffice or the WordPerfect Suite and from NT to a Linux solution.

Except that if you didn't have all your licensing in order BEFORE Microsoft showed up, NOT buying new MS licenses for everything would likely trigger legal action against your company.  OpenOffice/Linux doesn't help in that case, unless you make the switch well before Microsoft comes sniffing around.
