I have a question about these Sony CDs. Can anyone answer it for me? Will the music tracks on these "rootkit" CDs play in a plain vanilla CD player? If they will, why would it not be possible to play them in a computer if you disabled the installation of the rootkit software (disable autoplay)? Don't the music tracks themselves have to be pretty generic if a dumb player can recognize and play them? If you don't allow the Sony software to "get in the way", wouldn't these tracks be playable (and ripable) by any CD player/ripper software?
