What is a shill? I am not familiar with that word. I posted an opinion. There is no need to get rude or ridiclue. If you disagree, please do so by listing your facts and/or reasoning. Not by name calling. Children call each other names. I would think an adult ( and probably one that is a "professional") would act better. As others have stated, the wording of this EULA would seem to be aimed at people who send out e-mail as a commerical enterprise to make money. It has been discussed here many times that the way to discourage SPAM it to make it not economical to use. This is a step in that direction. Maybe not a good step, but a step non-the-less and one that is interesting to debate in forums such as this. Name calling is not only childish but also tends to put a chill on discussion.
