I used free Netzero for two years, but moved to the paid version in 2002. I think the NZ TOS sounds worse than it actually is. I have not been bombarded with ads or anything else. I have found NZ to be inexpensive and very reliable. Their service link responded quickly to my only question. I wish NZ (and all ISPs) would add a malware filter, since they are the bottlenecks through which such things must pass. Ace
