Symantec Subscription[ Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#9)
by Anonymous User on Tue Aug 17, 2004 at 05:52:43 PM PDT

I was about to renew my NAV subscription when I read your article. This made me reluctant to give Symantec my credit card number and risk being overcharged. So after 5 minutes searching the Internet, I downloaded a file which extended my subscription to 1/5/2041. Thanks for the warning!

This is theft, pure and simple.

If you don't like the way the product works, INCLUDING product activation or renewal, then don't use it. Vote with your wallet.
