Simple solution, you don't like what a company has done to you ... turn them over to your states Department of Consumer Affairs and watch the fur fly after that has hit the fan. My suggestion is to send them a copy of the message that goes to Consumer Affairs Department. In Florida that would be considered a fraud of the consumer. The fine that is given to a company that has done this is very severe high and stiff. No, you probably won't get anything for it but they would reconsider foing the same thing again. Also if you used a credit card you could get a hold of them and stop the payment to the company. Yes, it does take longer to get your money back, but they don't get to use your funds either.
