I ran into a problem with NAV Pro recently where if suddenly refused to scan my machine. The subscription still showed good for another eight months, so I followed all of the instructions to uninstall/reinstall/update NAV, but never could get it to scan my machine. I finally uninstalled it a final time (doing my best to also delete all folders/registry entries for NAV) and am experimenting with other programs.

I also didn't feel like spending $$ to talk to a live human, since I'm sure they would have followed a script about "please uninstall/reinstall" rather than actually troubleshooting the problem.
