Why not put both the User Documentation and the web site? In fact, shouldn't the waranty tell the product work as said in these document and ANY of the publisher's publications?

A task specific waranty should also be added. Think about it. The task to be done is central to software we buy. It is only logical that any software claimed to be able to do a given task should be usable to do so. This could not be complete in itself but could be added to the description of "features and functions" from Autocad license. Otherwise, the responsibility to judge its ability to do a given task fall entirely on the buyer.

I see one category of software which should be exempt of this "task waranty". Games. Of course.
