I think I talked to the same Indian gentelman. I was pretty sure that it was a glitch from the get-go, but what suprised me most was that Yahoo sent out no correction. It was an all around odd message.

I've talked to that Indian gentleman /many/ times, and all of his six brothers and 105 cousins. However, the problem here is simply that you misread the original email. It said you were allowed up -2048MB -- that's /minus/ 2048MB, and 0.0 is, duh!, greater than negative 2048. What you have to do is hack onto their system and delete at least 2049MB of email from other users so that you can get below your allotment by the recommended 1MB.

I pointed out to the nice gentleman the negative sign.  I pointed that out in my email to the tech support guys, when I asked if they were upgrading scripts.

Yeah, I also thought it was funny that I was going to have to make my mailbox emptier than empty!

I once got a southern lady via SBC. She was one of the fastest and best tech support people I've ever reached. too bad 99% of tech support don't speak english.
