trespassing and spyware[ Parent | Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#7)

The case for trespassing may be stronger IF you make the computer a permanent fixture of your residence (not rental). Bolt it to the house, or attach it securley, and then it may be considered as part of the house, and therefore trespassing would be easier toi prove. Let me know what you think of this idea.
