Ed, you missed the part that says you give them unconditional permission to use anything you say in any way they want. And it looks like they will never take you to court, but to some binding arbitration organization that they no doubt have contributed to and would have some sway over. OOPS, is that violating anything? I didn't read the sneakwrap at the arbitration site. I guess I'm in a heap o' trouble.

They are an honest reputable outfit and many companies use them. They are probably the best arbitration company anywhere.
