More Law Coming (none / 0) (#4)
by Anonymous User on Thu Mar 18, 2004 at 02:31:23 PM PDT

I said it last year - the problem would get worse, this law would help accelerate the process, and the lawmakers, will eventually be forced to "improve a good first attempt" or "deal with additional issues that have now come to light" or use some other face-saving terms, and change the law.

I just hope THIS time they bother to listen to folks that aren't ignorant of the technology and actually want to slow down spam.  AND hopefully don't do it in way that will destroy the rights of regular people.

Well, maybe by the third of fourth attempt they'll come up with something half decent.
