For what it's worth H&R Block does address the professional use isue on it's web site. The info is not exactly prominent but it's not deeply buried either. From the home page I chose customer support - then product info. I guess I'm in the minority, but I would never have thought that a product marketed so obviously to the general public would be intended for professional use.
