As a long-time Fastcad user, I agree entirely with the above. Another most reasonable EULA I've come across is that of WordPerfect, a product I've been using since 1984. The EULA has always provided for a user to use the same copy at work and at home. When Novell took over the product from WP Corporation, and subsequently with the purchased byCorel, this aspect of the EULA has been retained. I use Fastcad and WordPerfect because they work better than their so-called 'industry standard' competitors - a reasonable EULA is a bonus.
