Amen to the "word of mouth comment". I have done absolutely no advertising after the first month of being in business (and all of that was the old shoe leather and introduction kind). I get all of my business via "word of mouth" and I love it. I am disturbed that that many customers stated that the EULA did not matter to them. It is pathetic. As for me, I know that if me or one of my customers ever need that kind of software, I will be looking at his first.
