Great idea. Does anyone know if the Consumers' Union might be interested in this? They seem like the perfect organization to take on the challenge -- already organized, already with a good reputation, has the resources to get the word out there and the legal clout to stand up to the first deep-pockets company that doesn't want its customers to see how badly they're being shafted.
