Perhaps, you should have asked one more question: Did someone recommend my software to you? Let me explain. Oracle is pretty liberal on their policy for their TechNet Subscribers. They give us all the software and we are free to create, run, test, and most important recommend Databases/technology to others. I recommend to potential customers who, in turn, may not care about the EULA, but they purchased the software because I showed them the benefits. I don't recommend SQL Server, or Access, or IBM, or....
