BT License?! Ridiculous!!![ Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#9)
by Anonymous User on Sun Aug 07, 2005 at 05:42:54 AM PDT

My product of issue is the Targus Mini-Mouse Bluetooth. It comes bundled with that Wildcomm software. I have bluetooth built in my new $2,500 "state of the art" laptop, but because of this proprietary crap, I AM FORCED to use the Targus bluetooth USB dongle. I hate it, it is ridiculous and makes for redundant hardware, a less comfortable laptop making sure the dongle does not get lost, and is a waste of money for a pc with built-in bluetooth. BT is not going to get any more popular with this proprietary issue.
