Problem Rebates[ Reply to This ] (none / 0) (#6)

My problem was with Intuit (any wonder?). The rebate was for $120 (no $2 rebate on CDs). I did make copies, so when I did not hear anything, I called the trouble number. It had been disconnected. So I called Intuit. They eventually got me to someone who said to fax my proof to them at a specific number. I still did not hear anything. So I faxed it again. Then I faxed a letter asking what was going on and later faxed it again. I did finally get my rebate, but there was no one who would return my fax requests for information.
