re: intuit, and double-billing of the credit card - Suggestion - file a disupte with VISA or MASTER CARD. This triggers an inquiry, from Visa, to the offending biller (i.e., intuit), to justify the charge, after you provide info that the charge is in error. Second, intuit has NO SALES mechanism to provide pre-sales info. I have Quickbooks Pro 99. I won't upgrade until Intuit answers my questions as to whether info on several interresting features is answered. to date, even with letters to investor relations, there is no reply from them.
