Virtual Drives make life worth living (none / 0) (#5)
by Anonymous User on Thu Jan 08, 2004 at 01:53:49 PM PDT

Well not really but they make a lot of titles worth having. I have small children and I image all their game titles and create shortcuts so they never need the CDs (which I lock up). Prior to using VirtualCD they were scratching and ruining the disks (my only working copy of Minigolf is on the harddrive since the CD is now toast). I also access titles that I have imaged far more frequently than those that require me to hunt for the physical CD. I get upset when a CD title requires the CD for copy protection but I get even more irate when it won't let me image it or make a backup copy.
