If these are so unenforcable, then some of these book/magazine companies and the like have GOT to start benchmarking the listed products annd publish the results EVERYWHERE, books, magazines, the Web, TV, Radio, etc. THEN a case can go to court to make it officially unenforcable.... Welcome to the next level of Corporate America, goverment .. Of the Rich, By the Rich, for the Rich.
